About the documents
How do I get a document?
Documents with a Download button download straight away: register once with your name, company and email, and each of them then downloads in this browser for 30 days. There is no password; on another device, use the same email. The Express Group IMS policy downloads without registering. For a document marked "Ask for", add it to your request, or use the link beside it, and we will send it to you.
Why are test reports on request?
Test reports are issued to us by the laboratories under their own terms. Tell us the system and the project and we will send the full report.
What happens to my details?
We keep your registration with our other enquiries, to know who is interested in our systems and which documents they downloaded, and we may contact you about your project. We do not add you to a mailing list. Our privacy notice explains how long we keep it and your rights.
Are these the latest versions?
Test reports carry their issue dates. For data sheets, ask us to confirm you have the current issue.
Can you send CAD details or NBS clauses?
Yes. NBS specifications, technical arrangement details and CAD details for the Express ALU Pro systems are available and can be tailored to your project. Ask our technical team.
